Oklahoma is in a health care crisis. We are the fourth in the number of uninsured in the country, we have some of the highest rates in the nation for heart disease, cancer, and stroke.

Luckily, we've got a Congressman like John Sullivan who's doing something about it.

John supported legislation creating Association Health Plans (AHP's) so Oklahoma's small businesses can band together to provide health coverage. For example, the Associated Builders and Contractors can gather their member companies together to reduce insurance costs.

AHP's will reduce the cost of insurance premiums, making insurance more affordable.

John supported  the legislation that brought prescription drug coverage to Medicare. Thanks to John, over 90% of Medicare beneficiaries in Oklahoma are saving money with the Medicare Part D program.

This includes over 77% of the beneficiaries in the First District alone.
